2 Business Gold Rewards Card members will receive the following Membership Rewards points for each dollar of eligible purchases up to $100,000 in each category: (1) 3 points for purchases of airfare booked directly on scheduled U.S. and international passenger airlines; (2) 2 points for advertising purchases in the U.S. to promote your business in the following media channels: online, TV and radio; (3) 2 points for gasoline purchases at U.S. stand-alone gas stations; (4) 2 points for shipping services purchased in the U.S. for courier, postal, and freight. Each dollar of eligible purchases in these four categories in excess of the $100,000 cap will earn single points. The $100,000 cap resets for each of the four categories each calendar year. Return Protection: Return Protection can refund you for eligible purchase(s) charged entirely on an eligible American Express

If you are a Basic Cardmember and have appointed one or more Account Managers in connection with your Card Account, the Account Manager(s) may be able to view the receipts that you upload. If you are an Additional Cardmember, please note that the Basic Cardmember on the Card account as well as Account Managers may be able to see the receipts that you upload. Except as otherwise provided below, receipts will be stored until the earliest to occur of the following: (1) for receipts that are matched to Card transactions, 24 months from the transaction, (2) for receipts that are not matched to a Card transaction, 24 months from the date of upload or (3) the date that your online account is closed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, American Express may delete or purge receipts for any reason in its sole discretion, with or without notice. For example, we may remove receipts or otherwise delete information in your account if it (a) is found to contain viruses or other potentially damaging computer code; (b) contains illegal or objectionable contents, (c) contains content other than receipts or (d) exceeds storage capacity established for this app or any specific account.
