The Platinum card does not deliver the services or benefits as advertized and as described. There are too many restrictions not reasonably disclosed with the rest of the card information. One cannot contact a live person within a reasonable time. My last contact on February 18, 2012 with a supervisor showed me that customer service is not designed to solve customer problems, rather designed just to attempt to act concerned but with no real ability to meet customer needs.

If you've taking time off from flying and lost your status then this is a good way to get Sky Club access, the Pay-with-Miles feature, and 2x bonus points on ticket purchases. Moderate flyers/land lubbers may benefit from the bonus 30,000 MQMs if they spend an average of $5000/month on their card. However, if you travel every week 1500-2000 miles per flight then this card won't give you much. Once you get Diamond status on Delta, you may want to downgrade to the Delta Gold card the following year in order to save yourself $355/year and still get 2x points on ticket purchases. Note: Sky Club access is complementary for those with Diamond status. Once I hit Diamond status, my "Overall Satisfaction" with the Delta SkyMiles Reserve card will probably drop.

What can I say! I've only positive experiences with my card. The staff is very friendly when a query is presesnted to them, I only wish acceptance of the card was wider.

The "service" and card stinks! I called when I was out of the country 8 times. Each time I was told I was in the wrong department! Each time they would "transfer me and disconnect". I was originally connected to Tuscon, then Phoenix, then Denver, then Canada. Based on this experience and not EVER having been sent a Priority Pass when I upgraded to platinum but was told in St. Maarten, I could NOT go into the lounge with a priority pass card I was Never sent but called and received 2 weeks later after I got home, I consider the card useless and doubt I will renew when renewal comes up.

I should spend close to a million on my card this year.My bill is always paid early.Yet it is the only card I use that has a fee associated with it.

I love my Lowe's Business card! It has the great benefits typical for AMEX business cards; but also adds a 5% discount on all purchases at Lowes plus 2 points.Great card for businesses who frequent Lowes.

Love the card and the benefits, the credit limit is too low for me and my travels. I have had an Amex card since 1981 and the hassle to increase the credit limit as too much for me. Customer service and the line of credit department were not helpful.

One of the main reasons I upgraded to Platinum was access to various lounges when I travel. It is a significant loss to not have United participating domestically. Further, some of the Priority Pass lounges are not up to Amex standards (for example customer service was low at the Belgium airport for instance). Also the Amex website listing for airports that participated was not accurate - I ended up spending a lot of time wandering around the airport in search of a lounge that didn't exist anymore.Amex customer service rep on the phone was helpful and did his best - but ultimately couldn't help me. Not a deal breaker as other benefits more than pay for the card, but not a pleased with this feature as I had hoped to be.

I've had this card for several years and it is by far the Best .The customer service is outstanding . You will never have a problem that you won't get solved .With this card You are number 1 and any issue will get solved with no hassle.
