    Purchase protection *

  • Can protect eligible purchases made with the Card against accidental damage and theft for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. The coverage is limited to $1,000 per occurrence, up to $50,000 per Cardmember account per calendar year, and is in EXCESS of other sources of indemnity.

  • If a store or vendor won't return an eligible item you purchased with your Card, we may refund your purchase price up to $300 per item (excluding shipping and handling), up to $1,000 per account each year.

I've had this card for several years and it is by far the Best .The customer service is outstanding . You will never have a problem that you won't get solved .With this card You are number 1 and any issue will get solved with no hassle.

Like American Express Business Card but?

Hello American Express:I like your card very much so far but I do have some issues with it:Pros: Rewards, Fraud Protection, Statements and most important Dispute resolution.Cons: I have paid off my bill everymonth - more then just minmum balance and I have above 700 credit score and they would not increase my credit limit when I had a emergency. That is the main reason I am shopping around for a new business card.

Not so good

American Express business card is not excepted everywhere, I guess it costs merchants more than other cards. Also the cash rewards is not redeemed in the same month, which makes it really hard for me the customer to track, every other credit card I have tracks cash back or rewards in the monthly statement.Also the payments to account and purchases take longer to post than my other cards, it makes it frusturating when I need to make a big purchase and the card won't post payment fast enough. I plan on cancelling this card when my limits increase on my other business cards

A great entry level card that gives amex percs (longer warranty, etc.). No fees. Can't complain, though nothing that great.

    Business credit

    Good option to establish a new business credit, but that's about it. Don't plan on getting a high credit limit even though you've paid on time as a sole proprietor on other credit cards and had a solid payment history with AMEX.

    Overall great business card!

    The AMEX SimplyCash Business Card is extraordinary! Unfortunately, bills don't disappear but it's nice to see cash back every month! The rewards are great, 5% on wireless, 3% on gas, and 1% on everything else. It's hard to find another card which offers the same benefits, without an annual fee. The only downside is that there aren't many retailers in the rewards program, but all in all this is a fantastic card!
