Great travel card...
If you travel a little or a lot and Delta Airlines is strong at your local airport... it is a must have card with 1 free bag per person and getting on the plane with priority seating.

One of my better cards
In short, this card should match all the same benefits/programs that my Amex Platinym card includes so I can avoid having to carry both cards. I will pay more for this benefit.

great rewards
I was happy to find that everything I was expecting from the card was delivered. Including the companion airline ticket.I use my card mainly for travel and found it to afford me unexpected privileges such as flight status and boarding times.

Cant think of any benefits
I don't use this card, because I use another AmEx Platinum business card. There is no reason for me to pay interest on purchases.I would like to know how I could be getting MQM at "accelerated rates".

CREDIT LIMIT
I recently short sold a house. you reduced my credit limit. the credit rating agency has changed my credit rating to reflect a short sale - not a foreclosure. you have not adjusted my credit limit. I have been AMEX customer for 15 years (aprox) and never missed a payment.

Love the Miles
Great card. The Fees are high, but the miles are worth it. I like the clearly itemized billing, for bookkeeping purposes.

Useful, but too expensive!
This has some airline benefits, but they are not incremental for frequent fliers who are already at high status levels. So it ends up being very high cost for rewards levels that are not competitive. It is only if one is lucky enough to be able to use the companion voucher that it will at least 'break-even'.

Great services, but victim of economy
I've been a very happy customer of American Express for many years, and the Business SkyMiles cards have afforded me many perks. The security with American Express cards is second to none. In all the years I've been a card member, there have only been 2 fraud issues, and both were caught before it cost me anything.My only issue lately is with the recent policy of slashing credit limits across the board, for all card members, even those in good standing, except maybe for the super elite, who hold cards that only come by invitation anyway. In all, I've lost about 75% of my buying power, which makes it hard to do business as a small business owner. If American Express would re-evaluate credit limits and consider purchase volume and payment history, it would make my life a lot easier.
