Things to Improve on..

Let me say that I have been extremely happy with the JetBlue Business card, specifically the rewards I received when I signed up as they have given me 2 free award round trips. Where I have been disappointed is with the purchase of points thru your third party vendor where they take up to 72hrs before posting the miles. This makes no sense as if I am looking to book a trip today and lack points, then I purchase it today but it doesnt get posted for at least 2-3 business days...that eliminates my ability to lock in a low fare today. This should be changed either internally with the 3rd party vendor you're using OR you should use a NEW vendor to work with your JetBlue Customers.

    Jet Blue Card is ok

    The Jet Blue card is ok. I think the interest rate is too high and wish it was more like your traditional AMEX that you have to pay off every month. I do like that it keeps your Jet Blue points from expiring.
