Purchase protection ^*

Can protect eligible purchases made with the Card against accidental damage and theft for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. The coverage is limited to $1,000 per occurrence, up to $50,000 per Cardmember account per calendar year, and is in EXCESS of other sources of indemnity.

Return Protection

If a store or vendor won't return an eligible item you purchased with your Card, we may refund your purchase price up to $300 per item (excluding shipping and handling), up to $1,000 per account each year.

5Global Assist® Hotline: While the many Global Assist® Hotline coordination and assistance services are free benefits from American Express, Cardmembers are responsible for the costs charged by third-party service providers.
6Guaranteed Room Reservations: Just request an American Express Guaranteed Room Reservation when you make a reservation at a participating hotel or motel — don't forget to ask for a confirmation number. Your room will be held until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival, or you will be provided with comparable accommodations at no charge.
7Roadside Assistance: The American Express Roadside Assistance Anywhere services are provided as an emergency service and not a general maintenance type service. Only one disablement for the same cause during any consecutive seven-day period will be allowed. Coverage provided for self-propelled, four-wheel vehicles designed, licensed, and used for private on-road transportation, and trucks with a carrying capacity of up to 2 tons. Towing to the nearest authorized facility, or, upon the Cardmember's request, to another location at a maximum towing distance of 10 miles with a maximum of $50 coverage. Fuel provided in emergency situations will be charged to the Cardmember's Card account. Emergency situations do not include: all parts, labor, and supplies provided while at an auto repair shop or service station, towing to another location unless the initial service location is closed, service for taxicabs, tractors, boats, rental vehicles, ambulances, trucks, vehicles used for competition, unlicensed vehicles, illegally parked or impounded vehicles, or any vehicles in tow, rental and towing equipment, towing at the direction of law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law, or towing by other than a licensed service station or garage, installation or removal of snow tires, repairs to studs, mounting and dismounting snow chains, repeated service calls for a vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair, shoveling snow from around a vehicle, vehicle storage, or impoundment charges. Service is provided in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. Limit of 4 services per calendar year.

1Business Gold Rewards Cardmembers will receive the following Membership Rewards points for every dollar charged up to $100,000 of eligible purchases in each category:�(1) 3 points for airfare purchases on all scheduled U.S. and international passenger airlines (Bonus ID 5986); (2) 2 points for advertising purchases in the U.S. for media, graphic design, tradeshows and advertising services (Bonus ID 5988); (3) 2 points for gas purchases from stand-alone U.S. gas and commercial fuel stations (Bonus ID 5989); (4) 2 points for shipping purchases in the U.S. for courier, postal, and freight services (Bonus ID 5987). Every dollar charged on eligible purchases in these four categories in excess of the $100,000 cap will earn single points.�The $100,000 cap resets for each of the four categories each calendar year. Charges at tour operators, charter flights, superstores or warehouse clubs as well as all other eligible purchases will earn single points.�The merchant must submit the charge under the appropriate merchant or industry code for you to receive double or triple points.�Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits, and do not include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler’s checks, purchases or reloading of reloadable prepaid cards or purchases of other cash equivalents.�Membership Rewards^®�program terms apply; visit membershiprewards.com/terms or call 1-800-AXP-EARN (297-3276).
2Benefit is available to Consumer and Business Platinum Card® and Centurion® members only. To receive statement credits of up to $200 a year toward incidental air travel fees, Card member must enroll and choose a qualifying airline at www.americanexpress.com/BusinessPlatinumAirlineChoice. Only the Basic Card member or Authorized Account Manager(s) on the Card account can enroll and select the qualifying airline. Card members who have not chosen a qualifying airline will be able to do so at any time. It can take up to 48 hours post enrollment and airline choice for the benefit to be effective. Card members who have already selected a qualifying airline will not be able to change their choice until December of each calendar year at which time they may change their airline choice for the following calendar year. Card members who do not change their airline selection will remain with their current airline. Statement Credits: Incidental air travel fees must be charged on the enrolled Card account for the benefit to apply. Incidental air travel fees must be separate charges from airline ticket charge. Fees that do not qualify for statement credits are wireless internet and fees incurred with airline alliance partners (incidental transactions must be charged by the Card member's airline choice). The airline must submit the incidental air travel fees under the appropriate merchant code, industry code, or required service or product identifier for the charge to be eligible. Purchases made by both the Basic and Additional Card members on the enrolled Card account are eligible for statement credits. Each Card Account is eligible for up to a total of $200 a year in statement credits, regardless of the number of Cards on the Account. Please allow 2-4 weeks after the qualifying incidental air travel fee is charged to your Card account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the account. Card members can call the number on the back of the Card if statement credits have not posted after 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Card members are responsible for payment of all charges until the statement credit(s) posts to the account. To be eligible for this benefit, Card account(s) must be active and not in default at the time of statement credit fulfillment.
320,000 bonus miles will be awarded after your first purchase on the Delta SkyMiles Gold Business Credit Card. Please allow 2-4 weeks after your first purchase for the bonus miles to appear in your Delta SkyMiles account. First purchase offer expires one year from time of Card account opening. You may be permitted to have more than one Delta SkyMiles Credit Card account; however, you are eligible to receive welcome bonus miles for only one Card account. Additional Cardmembers are not eligible.

2,500 bonus miles will be awarded to your Delta SkyMiles account for each approved Additional Card submitted with this application, up to a maximum of 5,000 bonus miles. Bonus miles will be posted to your account 2 to 4 weeks after each Card application is approved.
